The staff seemed unwelcoming initially, but they were very helpful and courteous upon interaction. The location is excellent, close to metro and bus stations, and centrally located for easy movement around Deira and Bur Dubai. The dining options had enough variety but were not necessarily rich. The hotel offers great facilities to enhance the stay.
